I found this a few months ago, replaced the Plane model with the Dragon, makes the game much more fun when you turn it on.

We could trick it like Lordgood did. Basically inside the model you'd hide the fire. And using two bones to stretch it you could do something yeah. For now though, it does nothing.

No, for real, it’s in there. If you search ‘dragon’ in the art folder, you will see a dragon.dae file and a dragon.xml file. Then, in the Plane.xml file in the simulation folder, just change the actor path from units/global/dragon.xml to fauna/dragon.xml. Try it!

Can't be in standard game as 0ad is pretend-history, but yes in a specific game mode (or mod) it would indeed be very nice.
