  1. Maybe we can make them separate objects and then merge them in the actor?
  2. I really like the Latin phrases, I don't see why we should replace them... Tips are already there next to the picture. It would be nice for the quote to last at least 12 hours though. And we could include some trivia too.

  5. I think the units of the same kind look unique enough not to mistake them for others. I.e. they all have the same 'silhouette'
  6. This was one of my old models, so those mistakes were prolly made by me
  7. To lock and unlock the gate A locked gate will never open, while an open one always will(for allies only iirc).

  17. I made a new horse model. It can be used if somebody is willing to texture it
  18. I selected the mesh first and then the armature, with the 'r_hand' and 'shield' bones. EDIT: I just realized that there are no bones for the shins or the fore-arm :/
  19. Okay, here's what I get when I imported the model, clearing the location and rotation and centering the object origin:
  20. Have you tried importing it into the game?
  21. If we do have a mobile dropsite, what would happen to the mill and the farmstead buildings? I guess the player should have the option to build them, or at least the farmstead.
  22. I think those are the major problems, if we can solve them then I believe we might get it to work. Don't know much about it so I can't say much :/
