Well, a lot of people who "know" me don't know that I'm a computer geek. My geeky friends do of course, but some neighborhood kids who come around to shoot hoops, etc, would never guess I'm a geek. I kind of like that about myself, I can have fun playing basketball with the neighborhood kids, and then go in and talk to someone about geeky subjects (not bragging)

Well, AFAIK you can take online courses here in the USA. Basically, it lets you stay home instead of going to a campus... for some reason I have never been hot about campuses/dorms, etc.

I haven't played AoM's single-player campaign (not too hot on mythology-type stuff myself, except LOTR of course ), so I voted for good 'ole AoK.

Well, the forum wouldn't really be used for book discussions (although it could I suppose), but for roleplaying threads and story posts.

Yeah, a guestbook or forum make it look a little "visitor hungry", like all those annoying Geocities sites "SIGN MY LLEEET GESTBOOK!!! CHEKC OUT MY FORUM!!!!!" Simple and stylish are what I'd go for.. not too fancy

I have a pretty big bedroom (and computer room too) but I've never measured it I'll try to find a measuring tape somewhere and get a measurement.

Yeah, I guess saying "Dutch/German" people is too specific. I have just noticed it with people who are natively German (Tim, for instance ), and Dutch. RE: "Traditional" American: I meant "how I've always seen it"
