I would also say that I some match sparse wood is a major key to victory because we expand to gain control of wood in those games the joy of victory would be taken away.- 105 replies

A need to hold ground by building walls or walls of troops has been used every less but these things help some people the most. Which is the best Civ which could provide such capabilities?

Have you every thought of holding a small piece of land against an enemy ? To gain more time to prepare for an attack? Answers the questions and ask any more questions are answers to them.

I am very bad in 0 as the only situations I win is where I use some 4 statergies I use one them is this I always lose in head on battle.

The spread out startergy won't work you need to cut out forests to supply with wood and I usually have 15 women 25 men on a same set of trees on opposite sides and with 2-4 storehouses for fast gathering then I fill it with towers if to defend houses for pop or barracks to reinforce front line.- 105 replies

Yeah that would be nice but time of regeneration must be accurate then it would also make the player's never run out of wood which must be some hard In present game as in some games we just make our enemy never expand beyond certain territory which makes them wood less instead makes them build traders which need gold which also runs out quickly which forces them to surrender or to attack at full force which we get prepared to defend in ease.- 105 replies

Even if done research it would need some correct spelling and when selecting them the sound they give and when assigned to work the sound they must also be done.

It it easy to tell but had to do I am not sure that would be done because this game never exceds 1.5 hours( mostly) and average half an hour so it would be like having to grow trees there every 10 minutes or so but that is some more difficult in game as down people need to clear up spaces to build new building or those trees grow on buildings. And some maps have trees here and there so they block buildings and need to be clear off. If they do something like this expanding would be a more difficult job.- 105 replies

Just make sure you scout the map thoroughly before the first 14 minutes when upgrade to p2 because you need to secure 2 gold and stone mines to mine as fast you could for not to run out of them when you attack in p3.

it might be sensible in mainland to make 2 more Cav at the 3rd minute for gathering food because I train 6 women on berries and 4 on wood then build 2 houses and train 2 Cav one Cav will scout another collect.

if he attacks with an army of 60-70 I would use attack on 2 to 3 sides to win first take your ram out of the battle and use the 30 troops to protect it also retreat and use your cav to encircle it and wait and send 40 more troops to the retreating 30( now must be 20-25) to join and attack and use your cav to strike at the back ( the 10-15) I told and then use your ram to attack enemy buildings. And of course send a new 25 troops to guard it.

Sure, but what all clever people do is to come with an army after the rams, and the elephants can be easily killed by a mass of ranged units Even though due to certain disadvantages if you have counter Cav to strike them at back or side they die ( have to be at the least 10) or use infantry melle or ranged to counter them

if you have counter Cav or infantry it is safe for use. Like rushing into enemy City

yep your correct but we can sense their Civ a bit according to their movement on expanding and stuff or just scout them after finishing gathering Chicken with your cav.

If the Roman's are of the time of Second Punic Wars use of Slingers I suppose ( As I know) is not to be heard but Skirmishers are better anyway for Romans as the infantry of them are good anyways. It would just make them the best Civ

Capturing rams is nutter possible. At least capturing of catapult sounds quite believeable . Rams are never equal to rams while defending and Catapult are quite good in long range attack or defence while Rams are only good in attacking close.

Name Xeres sounds quite good and satisfactory work on Xeres his battles and stuff are more better but I would also think name of a Greek God might be nice or a anything starting with X.

Killing of rams are more easy with elephants. If don't have archers and spear infantry are the best to destroy it. Just need to destroy it before it could reach your cc or fort
