I had next to no experience with this tablet before I started this whole task, probably a little silly of me. but then y'all drilled me in the digital artistry and now I feel better about it I've made a bit of progress! And I have you guys to thank for it so thanks guys! You're the best
It tis my duty to draw all day everyday! gah, I knew they were too far forward too shucks That right there means a redraw xP well I did fix his arm, it was kind of messy though does anyone know how to edit multiple layers at the same time if it is possible? because that'd help these edits be less sloppy
I'm learning with blender that the less you click on the toolbars the better off you'll be still have no idea how to UV though, but i guess that's for another time xP
I'm flattered! I should do a tutorial sometime but I wouldn't bother learning sketchup, builds bad habits. Blender seems to be the way to go! And yes! older and damaged for authenticity
Instead of a chocolate bunny for easter, how about chocolate cavalry? ahaha had way too much chocolate and coffee and now I cant draw a straight line xP It's all zigzags! aah! it's a little rough, I'll admit, but i love feedback. Tell me if it needs tweaking
Sketchup! woo! I like how the background you set up ties in to the actual historical artifacts though it seems a bit... clean maybe have those slight cracks and chips on overlying layers, and maybe a bit of grime and it'll be really believable!
Heck, even speak up if you don't know what you're talking about, all input is appreciated even if it makes absolutely no sense, like "WHaargbarbul rlrd" oh, and happy Easter everyone!
alrighty, now that I got all these sketches, there should be plenty of time to catch any glaring errors in composition or anatomy while I'm working on them. Please tell me if you find something wrong, I'd like to catch mistakes early while they can be easily remedied
Sweet temple idanwin here are the models you asked for, I cleaned them up as best as I could. Keep in mind a lot of the geometry is for terrain conformity, and they don't actually sit that high up on the land Ptolemies.zip
Warships because model shots make it difficult to see the ship hierarchy at a glance perhaps minimal warship icon graphics would work better than unit portraits of any kind here, and with the siege engines too
