    This doesn't tell me anything, Justus labels things as cartoony as well, but I need elaboration if I'm going to be able to take any action on it. 'Cartoony' just invokes frustration if specifics aren't pointed out.

    @Tomcelmare This is a visual upgrade that would change the look of the CC once the 'hellenistic metropolis' technology is researched at the library, which makes civic centers powerful defensive buildings, not unlike the 'citadel' god power for the Egyptians in AoM. this isn't strictly a replacement for the old CC, and I'm not planning on replacing the Greek civic centers, IMO many CCs are too large and will have to fall on a spectrum of village-> city sizes if we decide to have visual upgrading for civic centers

    Here's the Seleucid one, though I'm worried fortifying the Egyptian CC would probably make it look more fortress-y than the fortress.

    woo that was fast! I dont think I've ever made unit textures outside of PA. I might give a bronze muscled cuirass variant a shot. Keyword being might, unless you'd want to give it a try?

    I knoww, that would work, and well, but there might be a disconnect if there's no masked bronze cataphract variants between the game and the menu.

    @stanislas69 lol no, the best examples of lesbian masonry are found on the isle of @#$%s (hence the name) and consist of curved or irregular joinings between the stones as opposed to straight joininings of polygonal masonry, i think. here's my source, have a read yourself if you like really? thats censored?

    They're not made of stone, its faux stone pattern embossed into leather and riveted to a wooden form, from what I understand. I would say, it would also look quite intimidating to see an elephant with a stone tower on it, for troops who had never seen an elephant before

    Staaan, I go and make a main menu background with bronzed cataphracts with masks and you go and make iron plated ones without masks I kid to an extent I'd be careful using the pants model with a non-pants texture in presentation, it looks a bit... odd

    I couldn't get a larger composition going today, but I really felt like painting, so I decided to paint some icons. lesbian masonry, polygonal masonry, and iron masonry clamps. ...I'm sensing a theme here These are one offs, if you don't like them, oh well, if you do, that's neat too. Terrible attitude to take, I know, but this is more me needing to paint something than anything ;p feel free to download and tweak as you see fit, this will probably be a good spot for me to dump more icons in the future if I have them.

    Thebes is not a full in-game civilization. The only playable Greek city states are Athens and Sparta.

    This new skin might benefit from a new howdah, the transition from the old one to the new skin doesn't look quite right, especially the grey one.

    I feel like this thread is getting more complicated than it needs to be. My simplest point would be a metal trickle from each house. An innate trickle that maybe can be increased with technology, and that's about it.
