Klaas
Nice My parents each have a Peugeot Partner, so basicly the same car as yours. Really great things to drive; it's not a sports car, but drives very smooth and easy compared to normal cars.
rohirwine
Yes, and it has as much space as an assembly hall!
Curufinwe
(Hey, he bought a French car don't worry Matteo, I won't buy a Fiat next time I will stick to French or German. Peugeot 206, Renault Clio or Volkswagen Golf will be my pick
Argalius
It isn't the car that I would have bought But it's a nice one anyway!
Lorian
Hey my dad works for Renault Though money is steadily being lost at a rate of about £20,000 a month I think it was
Quacker
VW Golf would be a good choice, David. They're pretty sweet.Nice looking car; similar to the Ford Escape, I spose...it also kinda looks like the newer Nissans.
Uppy
Nice car. I'd wish I had my drivers licnese.(sp?)lol
King Tutankhamun
Never seen of of those here. But there is one that sorta looks similar, kinda squashed boxy, but different around here.Have fun with your new coche!
rohirwine
Thanks for the nice comments. Well, a Golf wasn't what i needed. I needed a spaceful vehicle, quite "rough" to be driven over quarrel roads without worries (it's quite high over ground: 17 cm., roughly 6 inches and something), with a diesel engine to spare fuel. Spacious enough to let me drive without my knees just under my mouth (even most station-wagons i tried did not respect this basic requirement): VW golf did not meet these requirements.I'm quite happy of it being a Renault, it has good reliability(another issue). I know Fiat is not going well (financially), but his last models are not so bad, i simply "stumbled" upon this occasion (it was brand new and quite discounted) wich i could not find for the similar Fiat model (Fiat Doblò: see image attached below)
Mythos_Ruler
No offense or anything, because my car is 10 years old, but are all European cars so bloody ugly? I hope not. Congrats all the same though. Does it have that "new car" smell??
Centurion_13
well they dont need to be too eye pleasing, as long as it works whats it matter how it looks.I have a Holden 11975 Kingswood. Like this one here except a bit lighter and in a bit worse condition.FrontBackSideIT has a big V8 engine and can make really big noises if I want it to (but that costs a lot of fuel)
rohirwine
I imagine american and european taste for cars differs a bit, but anyway: u cannot have a sleek sportscar-like shilouette with that kind of car (and the Fiat Doblò is ugly, anyway, i agree)....it smells of PVC, Polyvinilic leather, plastics... ...i guess it smells of "new car", i guess

Paal_101
No offense or anything..... but are all European cars so bloody ugly? I hope not. ←There are of course the BMW 7-series, Mercedes C-Class, Porsche 911, Jaguar XJ, Saab R96 (I think that's the designation.....), etc.

Fire Giant
No offense or anything, because my car is 10 years old, but are all European cars so bloody ugly? I hope not. ←Hmm, taste seems to differ here - I personally prefer the European cars over others any time, but that might also be due to the fact that I grew up in a Volkswagen family - we've had VW Passats ever since I was born... it must have been at least four generations of cars already. And the newer Passats are quite powerful, too - my fathers one with a 130 PS Diesel engine can do 200 km/h on the highway with no problems
Mythos_Ruler
Dont worry, I'll take a picture of my car soon and all you Europeans can make fun of it. Deal? teeheehee
AK_Thug AMish
My family has mostly american cars... but that really isnt much of a good thing The Buick I drive stalled three times on my way home because it had about a quarter tank of gas
Mythos_Ruler
I personally want a Toyota Camry - maybe a 2001 or 2002 (used cars = less $$$). Good looks, good gas mileage, low maintenance. Pimp ride.
av_nefardec
it's all about the 1994 honda accord.
Red_08
Nice cars guys. I actually don't mind the look of that Kangroo even though I'm used the our American cars here. It's probably because I don't care really what I drive as long as it's safe and it gets me around w/good gas milage. (SP?)
rohirwine
The same reasons why i bought that car (plus, it has a real whallop of cargo space, and it's very comfortable for everyone, rear passengers included).
