Black Op
Foolish Norseman, any who spend excessive time on computers like I have no need of workouts. In other words, no. Maybe I should but I loose computer time if I do so.
CodeOptimist
For a while, I was riding my bike around the neighborhood every morning for a workout, but my bike's brakes are broken as of now. (yikes)I am also getting a nice workout every week when I do yardwork for my piano teacher.

Argalius
12 km to school and 12 km back to home. 45 min. to school and 45 min. back to home, so that makes it 1,5 hours.

Klaas
Well I'm not studying ATM so for about 6 months I'm working. Half of that work is web design stuff, the other half physical labor at home. We have some old barns and since my dad is retired (as farmer) and doesn't need them anymore we're demolishing them. We don't want to spend any money on machines for doing it so most is done manually (except tearing down the concrete walls). So basicly I work out 4 hours a day But other than these 6 months I only ride my bike, usually 30-45 mins a day. chichigrande
Well, there's the baseball and the basketball I play at least 3 times a week. Then I punch my ounching bag and lift weights when I feel like it (usually 3 times a week). Then there's the everyfay activities like walking around and jumping on the trampoline and riding bikes. Tonto_Icy_Tripod
Think pounds oivi (so rougly 110 kg) I work my abs pretty often, but I need to do more cardiovascular stuff, cause I do absolutely none of that right now I do some lifting as well
King Tutankhamun
I don't know know if I can do that, maybe. Once I think I lifted 120, but the numbers were worn off on the weights and I didn't have time to check because class ended.
