I hate being a follower (in reality, I have no problem for example having people above me in a design team ) but a leader wouldn't be something for me either. If it's something that's doomed to failure, I'm very much a follower : I see no point in taking grief for someone else's bad idea. I am a follower too, because i will follow anyone to almost any degree if i have to. Example: teachers. I can get along with 99% of teachers, excluding the ones that just don't care.
