These entities are not supposed to be used, because they will just vanish in some minutes, by decaying on the ground. These entities are used in-game when a structure is destroyed, so you should not place them manually.I removed all these entities from your map, to allow you continuing your work. If you want to place eyecandy rubble, you have to select them in the actors list (instead of the entities list). Actors are just models that don't interact with the simulation in any way. As the maps are requested as separate files in a zip (and not as a mod), it would make installing and reviewing the maps a lot harder.
