Mods will be toggled on and off through the Start menu; You can select which mods are running and which aren't.

They used to be old-art for the "old 0AD" when it was planned as a 2d game. Just like any other game developer in their early stages of development, we are not releasing much screenshots. The reason is that alot of everything is highly subject to change, and we don't want to mislead you with stuff that isn't of the same quality or design as the final product.

They'll have animations, but no, they won't get a higher detailed model and texture like AoM did. Our single player campaign(s) won't be like AoM's where they had major characters and a plot, so there won't be much close-detail single-unit-talking stuff in the cinematics Also it's too much work to make a high detail model of alot of the units just for cinematics.

Yup, considering that they use the same engine. Think of the way mods worked in Half Life - it will be similar with our games.

Still going on about money, Guardian? Like I told you, we're all completely out of our minds and the game will remain free. It's a ton of fun (atleast for crazy people) to do all of this just for the sheer fun and experiance of it, and mind you this is the funnest thing I've ever done outside of my social life If we do make any money, it won't be from selling the game, or charging money for multiplayer. Any money we get now is from some very nice people who donate to us along with many of our own staff donating, so that we can pay for our server and bandwith, the rest comes from the advertisments on the top of the page. Seeing that our income has a positive number at the bottom of it, we're safe and can continue doing this without having to charge. Either way, the goal is not money, but to make a good game.

I think everyone is forced to sag in their PE class I mean having those shorts go over your knees is a disgrace, you've gotta sag to meet the demands.

Matt you don't even have a bike Ok ok, comming from the center of all weird culture like this, let me explain the "saggin" to the outdated/european folk Most people don't actually sag, well they do, but not so much in California.When everyone else starts doing what people do in California, we stop doing it . Anyway theres 2 types of saggin. There is "maximum saggin" where most of a man's @#$% would be exposed if he had not been wearing boxers. Then theres the Casual/Standard sag, the "formal" sag known to some, it's where the pants are slightly bellow the "belt line", or the widest part of one's hips. To prevent a little @#$%-crack from showing the boxers are usually at normal height where "normal" pants would be on, and that completes the look. So long as you wear decently long shirts and don't bend down too much this is perfectly acceptable. However, the maximum saggin' isn't cool unless you're a skater Inline or not. If other people do maximum saggin, then they are considered geh. Not Gay, but geh, or maybe even ghey. As in "uncool" since that's what the word gay has come to mean. As for baggin/saggin while skating, yeah it helps because heavier pants = more momentum = more air. Or atleast that's what people like to think. I don't think there is that much of a difference. In the 70s all the skaters had maximum short shorts, they were just as good, though maybe not so extreme. Ah and since we're talking about the issue of proper clothing, let's twist it on the female side You gal's don't like the maximum sagging, well I've a complaint too. Maybe I'm weird, but I don't like to see those maximum thongs. Almost every girl wears them now, I never was a big fan since it's so skankifying I don't think girl's really get it but underpants are all the same to guys They'll only care about them if they're off, not how fancy or thin they are Deep down inside, that's how guys are

All the time I talk with most of the 0AD staff (when they're online), Tim, Desmond, Brian, Akya, Chadeous, Byz, and a ton of other people who I go back with a long time even outside WFG who coincidentally happen to be here at WFG.

Humans have a thing called Emotion and Pity. It's natural to pity the unfair death or misfortune of something else. But face it, this stuff happens everyday. Animals kill other animals so that they can live. And in terms of the poor chickens, they actually don't feal bad about their chicken pen I'm sure, considering that they don't know of anything better I don't think they feal that bad. Does this mean we/I shouldn't care about them? No, ofcourse not, I'm not saying that. Just that all these exagerations from Peta and other vegetarians is too extreme. Slaughtered and Tortured and how innocent they are and they don't get to live real lives. Hey, it's better than hunting off a bunch of wild animals and killing them, seperating them from their environment and family. Also, people have misconceptions. Just because you don't think that it's nice to spend your life in a muddy hot misquito infested swamp doesn't mean that an Alligator doesn't want to either. Infact that's where alligators live, surprise surprise, in hot smelly muddy ponds. Speaking of alligators. Do you know how many poor defensless animalls they kill, torture and slaughter every day? Why don't we go after them and bombard them with shame. Really, all this argueing about animals and why you shouldn't eat them is without a point. I myself am a part vegetarian, I don't eat that much meat, maybe once every week or two, not because I particularly care for the animals, but because it's just a much healthier thing to do. But I don't do it because I feal bad for the animals, that's rediculous. I'm sure if someone said carrots and lettuce had "fealings too" then people would stop eating those too. Oh yes, and a friendly reminder to keep the trolling down. Trolling is saying a bunch of stuff in order to piss off people and provoke arguement, such as argueing about animal rights there is no right or wrong so just state your opinion and let it be.

Heh there were some pretty interesting April fool pranks this year At school a kid faked a seizure and freaked out the teacher, then got up and said april fools. It was brilliant. And online, Zen, chief tech guy at HeavenGames said he's resigning and everyone completely flipped out, including me (I was like "WHAT?!" outloud, literaly) but the link in his sig linked to an april fools E-card and someone caught that.

The View New Posts tool is the best thing ever It's a huge time (and probably bandwith) saver. All I do is I just click that, it shows all the new posts from my last visit, and then I shift+click on a topic I'm interested in to open it in a new window, read, type up a reply, and move on. That way I can clear a whole forum in just 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes or even an hour.

Just to clear out some confusion. In Europe and everywhere else besides America, people celebrate Easter right now, while in America we celebrate it a week (or 2?) later. Don't ask me why

I've probably caught more than 100 or so fish, maybe even 200, I haven't counted. Mostly Sardines, perch, a few sea bass, and some interesting rock fish. Rock fish are cool rock fish pic Although this isn't one of my photos (just a random one of google), rock fish can get about this big Biggest one I caught was about 2 feet long (70 centimeters?) Don't know how much it weighed, I don't really weigh my fish, just cook them and eat them
