Wow Malte! For the past couple of month's I've been thinking about the exact same thing A RPG with RTS elements and themes that made RTS games so popular, basically I'm thinkin what you just said, word for word. I haven't brought this up to anyone really since it's just my own personal idea for a game, and WFG is already busy enough trying to tackle this project, I'd rather wait until we're done before introducing new ideas

Lol, I love all these myths about why America is so different None are really true, just popular thoughts. Why do Americans have the driver's seat on the left? Well, Americans invented cars, didn't they? There were probably some very profoundly good reason for that setup on early car models that no one remembers now. Oh by the way, heres a good joke We American's call our system the "standard system" funny part being that we're the only one's using it. I don't think it was made just for a matter of independance, but rather practicality and also a way to differentiate from other countries, in which a different system of measurement could be advantageous in war/conflicts(and still is today, you would have to pause and spend some time doing math to convert metric to "standard"). But most likely I think it was made for practicality, since 1 inch is the size of half of your thumb (your middle thumb joint to the end of your them), and one foot (12 inches) is the size between your shoulder and your elbow (or atleast was back then when people weren't as tall) but it still works, an average person's length between their shoulder and elbow is about 12-14 inches (1 foot is 12 inches remember). A meter (American Meter) is 3 feet, it's close to a Metric meter but not exactly. 1 meter is as big as your leg (both top and bottom parts, your entire leg). Some say it's the distance you make in one big step, but that's not acurate. So there you have it, and yes, divercity/independance probably plays a small role, but it's not the main purpose for making the American measurement system or the other sublte diverences.

145 pounds (~66 kg) That's about average for my height I'd say, though I'm actually 5 pounds above the norm - but that would be muscle mass. (due to teh sportzors ) Anyone who's seen me in person (atleast 3 people on this forum) know that I have a very distincly tall and slim appearance though I'm not actually taller than very many people, I seem to look like I am.

We generally don't interview our selves for publicity But if Gamespot or some other website came along and asked for a video interview and had means of setting it up, I think we'd probably do it.

Most game developers have a seperate department to making their intro cinematic, and even then it takes a few months. True, ours isn't of the quality as proffesional peices of work, but it still took alot of time - especially since 1 person modelled and animated the whole thing (jason aka Wijitmaker), and we had a few sound guys but that was it. We will most likely be making another one when our game approaches completion.

The trigger editor will have scripter support though, if the user chooses to create his own scripted trigger or event and control it like any other trigger in the trigger editor.

We already have quite alot of images being displayed under a users name I would think it would be cluttered if we keep on adding images. Though PAOM's images are cool, they also take up alot of bandwith. For now I think we should stay how we are, until our community grows alot and is atleast as big as PAOM's, or until we do the next big forum update, then we can include those but we should still remove a few other images under a user.

That game 0wns I have alot of maximum skills with that game, ask Brian/Desmond. Got some screenshots going 215 MPH on a Miata, when it can only go 200MPH max. And I don't cheat (there aren't cheats for stuff like that anyway) I love my skills.
