  1. BTW, sometimes I felt like I was just another nameless forumer on other big forums. Here, it's just the right size and also, I made my mark early and became a mod so I'll still feel important once we get many people.
  2. And there was much rejoicing. *A muffled "yea" is heard* JK Well, I'm on 3035 posts, with an average of 17.1 posts a day.
  3. My only wish is that some of the TLA forumers that don't drop by here get active over at the WFG Community Forums. Other than that really small complaint, you'll all just fine.
  4. Quite a long read compared to the average everyday post. Very well..... Your culture trait ideas seem preety interesting. I may have more comments later.
  5. Me too. In fact, you should have recieved a visit from a individual that goes by the name "El Obrero Negro" a few hours ago. Muahahaha!!!!!! B-)
  6. Nope, I never played any Close Combat game Matteo.
  7. Well, at least your priorities are straight, Øyvind. Be sure to drop by here still. B-)
  8. Took you enough time to introduce yourself. Welcome, welcome!!!
  9. @Ben: Yes, I do watch Simpsons and got the joke. Apu recognized Skinner's idea as JP.
  10. Resource List: Rations- Keeps infratry units at maxium effecteness. Rations are generated by farms and can be stored at food dumps for later transport. (No food gatherring, too Middle Aged) Ammunition- Allows all non-melee fighting units to fight. Units that run out of ammunition can't fight at all. Generated by munitions factory and stored at ammuniton dumps for transport (like all other dumps). Steel- Used to build vehicles and buildings. Generated by steel plant (I need better names. Oil/Gas- Required to be able to move vehicles. Generated by oil refineries and stored in oil dumps (maybe just one dump will do for all resources). Supply System: There are three main ways to transport resources to units; by truck, train, or sea. For transportation, all dumps, resource "generators", ports, and railyards can generate a variable amount of truck convoys. Those generated by "dumps" can be assigned to supply a company of units while trucks generated from other places can only be assigned to deliver resources to factories or "dumps". Trains can carry much more resources at a time than trucks but are of course confinned to rails. Ports can generate ships to send resources from one port to another. Wow..... anyone care to add......
  11. So let me get this straight, you're the first of a series of people that call themselves "TheCobra"? JK pal!!! Welcome, welcome.
  12. I never heard of that game ever. As for WWII RTS's, perhaps they're not that realistic because they often focus on different time periods as well (EE, RoN, Empires:DOTMW, ect.). Perhaps a WWII-only game will be more accurate. If anyone wants it, I'll post some ideas I've came up with for a WWII RTS (just for fun).
  13. When it comes to big school projects, I have an evil problem with procrastination. Due to this, I often start them near the last minute or just outright never do them. Therefore, I started this thread to get advice on how I and others can defeat this habit.
  14. I tend to abbrev. and cut "filler" words (to, and, a, ect.) in notes.
  15. You know, we now have a gaming forum now since your absence Swellcik. Might I add there is not a single SP WWII game with a German POV. Just because they were led by Nazis seems to be justification to having them slaughtered in most games (this goes for movies as well). It'd be refreshing to play as Germans in SP modes yet not have to be a Nazi at the same time.
  16. @Ben: Uhh..... isn't that "Jurassic Park"?
  17. I don't have any scales, but I am a bit on the thick side due to lack of excercise.......
  18. [English accent]Meh, you pansy Michael!!! One Martian Rabbit stew coming right up.[/English accent] *Black Op gets killed by Martian Bunny Rabbit* Lol, great find.
