  1. Well there goes My chance What if we could get them for free?
  2. It's an interesting idea. So, like Mythos' idea of cutting of the edges, just not so the map was a circle?
  3. I think it would be good to see stack training. Think AoE3, where you don't train one after the other, but rather in stacks of between one and five.
  4. From what I know the phases system is ages in disguise...
  5. I get told 2.20GHz and 2.19GHz. I can't tell if that means 4.39GHz or 2.2GHz
  6. A Shipment is in AoE3. Basically it gave ES a reason to add Exp. Basically you get a set rate which you can add to by killing other soldiers, exploring, and by building certain buildings. Personally I think it is one of the most overrated things in the world.
  7. I can. After waiting for 1-2 years it becomes bearable. F5 is not god.
  8. @ Alex: They haven't decided yet. Probably 200 but it will be moddable. @ Belisarivs: You mean Intel and their seriously **** GPU's.
  9. I meant how many troops. Or was 250 your estimate.
  10. I'm on a Core 2 Duo (?!?GHz), a nVidia 8500GT (512MB), twin DDR RAM sticks (2x1GB) and I have like 80GB's free (dual HDDs). What would I be able to run? (estimate)
  11. You mean like sorta a Multiplayer Conquer the World? Bags not near any of the Devs!
  12. No. It's closer to Persian j/k there appears to be enough Celts.
  13. Yeah... I guess so. I'm more of a brown-eyes kinda guy.
  14. It'll also help us if the game doesn't have too steep a learning curve.
  15. Yeah, Belisarivs does have a point. Asking questions doesn't make a 3D game.
  16. I think some of the troops will not be nearly as good as others at econ. Off-Topic but still: Will Carthaginian Troops be able to build ships (after you research "Flatpack Navy")? It would be close-ish to reality and really give their navy a strong bite.
  17. This is awesome for me. I like to pick the fastest route between A and B. Even if C (not targeted) is troop production.
  18. Stronghold 1 and Crusader are running on the same engine with a few graphical enhancements. Stronghold 2 upgrades and is slammed for being incomplete. Stronghold Legends is basically S2 with a couple more additions. People didn't buy this one so much due to S2. Back on topic. Would it be possible to make walls Garrison-able and have their garrisoned anim as archers on the wall.
  19. The Mameluk was a ?Fatimid? muslim troop. Maybe 1000 years too late for 0AD part 1.
  20. Experience will determine what LEVEL troops you have. Recruit -> Experienced -> Veteran... or something similar.
  21. But if you can't walk on walls whats the point of having something which would be in essence a battering ram.
