Your suggestion to discuss -Decrease female HP at the start but increase with technologies. -Decreasing female citizen train time ( may be with techonologies) -Catapults: improve range and attack a little bit My opinion Ram is very OP, I can win a match training several rams ( only some units can stop them) I can raze enemy territory with them and few archers protect them.

May be give a class like the units in description or something , I like the idea. Are some modder interesting in made a huge macro empire earth with 0AD engines capable to cover most of human history. This can be use for parents civs like Seleucids and Pontus kingdom or Romans and Bizantines a faction evolves into other becomes by a revolt ( AOE 3 and Revolution system)
Atlas can support add Techs and units( eyecandy) train templates to buildings that are not included in main game, example of this is Empire Earth (1) where you can add eyecandy units to the tech tree and trainable units
