  1. A simple copy/paste install would be kinda awesome. I think *eh hem* someone did this with Starcraft 1, but I wouldn't know anything about that! No, sir!
  2. The plan is for only one Middle Eastern faction in Part 2: The Parthians. However, we could add more if others were to do the work.
  3. I don't see why there couldn't be two factions. In the end we will have Republican Rome, Imperial Rome, and Eastern Rome factions. This is a "what if?" game after all.
  4. How is the audio with A7 Mac version? Anyone run Atlas yet too?
  5. Lions and Bears destroying buildings should be removed, agreed. Towers don't shoot back because they have a min range (we figured we'd have a technology to remove this, like in AOE games). But it would be nice if nearby towers could shoot the animal though if they are in range.

  7. That was one of the ideas floating around. Multiple "assembly lines." Also perhaps you could garrison X number of ships inside to auto-heal them.

  9. The round "super dock" (what we call the "Naval Shipyard") constructs warships. The benefit is that it's super strong and will possibly have multiple other features in the future.

  11. Hmm, what if Scout towers don't have any territory effect at all, nor do they decay. You can just place them anywhere on the map (yours, ally, or neutral), except within enemy territory.

  14. Maybe. Not sure though. The Scout tower will immediately begin to decay. Is that the behavior you want? At any rate, for 3.5x the amount of resources (200 for Scout tower vs. 900 for Civ Centre) you can grab 30x the amount of territory (3,215m2 for the Scout Tower vs. 102,000m2 for Civ Centres). Peeps need to build those CCs, mein.
  15. So, me building at the edge of my ally's territory will do what to the border? Add to his territory? Carve out my own?
  16. We could have Joshua run through the civ profiles in the DD and edit the descriptions down. Perhaps limit the descriptions to 50-60 words. This would be best.
  17. Another new faction! One of these will likely be included for Alpha 8.
  18. Yeah, at no point in a game can you zoom in that far, so at normal zoom the camel looks pretty good. Good work all around to everybody! I wouldn't mind playtesting against a few people. Jubot is no longer a challenge.
