Not bad at all. Maybe try your hand at a "fully plumed" peacock? LOL: EDIT: I can't do anything with a .blend file though. Perhaps export to Collada.dae or someone else can get it into the game for you.
I'm making a map I'm calling "Pubjab" as an example for a possible Indian map. I need a few animals if anyone is willing to make them: -- Peacock -- Rhinoceros -- Tiger (redone) -- Rhesus Macaque -- Jackel or Hyena
I loled.I actually wouldn't call myself a boomer or rusher, more like a conqueror. I like to grab as much territory as I can. I've been successfully rushed by other players because of my tendency to favor expansion.
I had a "hotload" button in my old Atlas mockups. When pressed it would hotload template, simulation, art, or any other changes made during the session.
Change: ore -> metal I'm thinking we need a random map for India. Any thoughts? Perhaps "Punjab" or "Hydaspes." If so, then we'll need to decide on a few flora and fauna species. Asian/Indian Elephant and Tiger for sure. Not sure about trees.
We can keep the clusters of trees less dense for now until better pathfinding and rendering options are available to us. Another solution that would help would be to make trees bigger (closer to life size), which means we would use fewer of them on screen at once.
Added Flora and Fauna information for all biomes. These will need some suggestions and critiques. Again, much of this work is 8 years old and has not been revised since then. I am revising as I go.
Yup. We need a lot more biome-specific gaia objects. Trees, animals, and geology. I'll add an animal guide to this guide as well. All of this will rely heavily on work done years ago by the venerable Ken Woods (RIP).
Neareastern Badlands should be modeled after Cappadocia, in Eastern Turkey. Google Image Search We will probably need new geology meshes and objects, and some new terrain textures.
