  1. I wanted to make a mod where the teams have a different line style. I spectate a lot, but never toggle team colors as it is clumsy and one has to untoggle soon enough anyway. I tried different line styles like dashed, dots and diamond. I think only the default + dashed works really well enough in my short tests. But in 99% of the games its just 2 teams anyway. Would be nice to just join a game and tell at first glance where the fronts are. The problem is art/textures/misc/territory_border.png is loaded in source/simulation2/components/CCmpTerritoryManager.cpp. So it's fixed in c++ code. I don't want to build a custom version. Would it make sense to move the path out in the future to be modifiable? How you like different line styles for teams?

  3. 0 A.D. had a pre-planned roster of civilizations, that was fulfilled by Alpha 9. Starting with Alpha 10, Hellenes civilization was split into Spartans, Athenians and Macedonians. Additionally, the team decided to include more civilizations. Original civilizations are: Hellenes Celts (split into Gauls and Britons in Alpha 11) Iberians Carthaginians Persians Romans

  8. You can decrease the BAD NETWORK constant in net server.cpp or some file in the source code to print out the lagger at earlier times. Also don't allow this value to be increased by lag.

  10. Playing with stats it seems the "Bonus acceleration" for garrisoning rams doesn't actually applies Movement and turn rate does thoughts. @real_tabasco_sauce Edit: ah someone already noticed actually

  11. A stupid question. Can I merge a replay? As I'm a newbie, I often save make save to capture a progress during a game. I have less sense to guess when will enemy attack me, how intense, and from which direction. So it's always late for me to being prepared. Whenever I lost, I quit the game and play the last saved, if it's possible to make a better preparation. The problem is, when I play the replay of my last section of the game, the replay starts from the 00:00:00, and shows that I was doing nothing there until I loss. Instead of showing my cheatfull victory, it makes its own story accordingly.

  12. How hi are you? I wish you luck for the 0 AC challenge! This summer doesn't seem to be extremely hot, so I believe it's doable.
