Hello Folks, A24 has already a lot of gameplay changes and more a-coming, most of the time it's not feasible to test the change values before committing so playtesting plays a vital role in fine tuning the specifics. I am asking here who's interested in helping playtest efforts. The gold test usually is a competitive match between the best players, since they are the most probable to exploit the meta, but TGs are fine too, especially for the more general changes (boom, engagements, siege). Thanks!

  3. (I deleted the duplicate topic) The build restrictions are handled in binaries/data/mods/public/simulation/components/BuildRestrictions.js. It is there that you can find the logic behind where buildings can be placed. You would need to add some information to the templates of the buildings (in binaries/data/mods/public/simulation/templates) In the BuildRestrictions component, you will need to query the engine's TerritoryManager. Maybe you'll need to tweak it as well. It is implemented in source/simulation2/components/CCmpTerritoryManager.cpp.

  5. It's interesting to note that the bell cuirass (Whose anatomical shape is believed to originate from heroic nudity tradition) has some similarities to some Hallstat armors: Earliest example of that shape is in Urnfield armor:
