It follows the details in the faction design document and was worked on as suggested by @Stan` It is possible that I will create a variant that uses lorica musculata instead of the copper variant of the vergina armor above. I'd strongly recommend Hellenistic heroes (except for Cleopatra) to have a short tunic (above the knee) with long sleeves (to the wrists). And infantry heroes should have greaves, cavalry boots. Egyptian tunics are perfectly fine for priests, but I highly doubt any Hellenistic ruler would ever wear one on the battlefield; they all tended to model themselves after Alexander, and a short tunic was considered “manly” and Greek; besides, long robes are rather impractical when riding a horse or running away on foot. (Polybius book V, the most important source on Ptolemy IV and the battle of Raphia, doesn't say anything about clothing or armour.) 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
