You did something with the alpha channel, right? (Look at the shields)

I would say: indeed the roof can be brighter, a little brown (like in the reference) the wall should be gray. (Like you see with unpainted wooden fences outside and in the reference too)

uppss I send in jpg no alpha allow, you can only change this.

Nice. I made the AO according to Enrique's tutorial, since the result is way better in max with Vray but I don't if I can import two UVS in blender, So I don't know what's wrong X) Want me to make a screenshot with your new Texture ?

The black spots are mirrored on both sides, that's too obvious and looks bad. The moss at the top of the roof looks good, but IMO the moss at the bottom of the roof looks too patterned as well.

It's do able to change the moss.

Now looks better ;) Good Job, We need to fix those doors though.

They should be brighter? (Which part of the texture did you use for the doors?)

Now needs props.

Yeah, let's think of a few.

How about a campfire (with cooking pot?), a haystack and some (woodcutting and farming) tools to name a few?
