  1. Two question: I've seen Chipotles, but what do they serve? and how do you pronounce "chipotle"?
  2. I have to go with the pizza here too. Guess it's pretty popular (mmm all Italian food is good in my book )
  3. Precalc, Writing about Lit, French, World History, Orchestra, Chemistry, Typing, and Health. All of the core classes are honors (the World History is AP) and I don't even have a lunch hour. So with track after school, my schedule is PACKED!
  4. Virtually everything about us. If I tell a chicken I own it, he won't argue. Animals are made for our use. I'm not overjoyed about their living conditions, but I'm sure as heck not gonna go on a "chicken rights" campaign. I suppose you can think what you like, but chickens aren't people, they don't think like people, they don't look like people, they don't live like people, they don't have the same type/degree of emotions that people have, they aren't people and slaughtering chickens is not the same as slaughtering people. Man maybe this should be moved to HoI...
  5. Yes, but it is extremely ironic (and I'd say even hippocritical) when one defends the rights of animals more strongly than the rights of humans. Let's not get off topic with this.
  6. I think we should stick with the postcard idea. "Mom can I have a few dollars?" "Why?" "We're pitching in money to get a forumer a gift for a posting record" "What are you getting him" ...
  7. Ridiculous... What makes me even madder is when people like these PETA people go and support abortion or euthanasia.
  8. LOL I read that and was like "shoot what's gonna be of TLA then, cuz they're going to use use the same engine". THen I realized it was APril 1...
  9. The Goths maybe... they were always betrayed by Rome and then they got their chance. Egypt definately is interesting too. And Han China.
  10. Akya, tu habites en Quebec? Mon pere a visite Quebec il y a une semaine. (that's how you say one week ago, right?)
  11. il n'y a pas d'accents (des accents?) sur mon *keyboard*
  12. Ah, je suis ici. Bonjour, tout la monde. Aujourd'hui, dans notre classe de francais, nous etudions la revolution francaise. C'est tres interessant, et aussi, nous ecoutons a (is the a neccessary or is ecouter "to listen to"?) l'opera du rock francais, "La Revolution Francaise" compose par (?) Boublil et Schonberg. Un peu stupide, je crois, mais un peu chouette. Aujourd'hui, nous etudions l'horrible assassinat du citoyen Marat! Oh non! A bien tot, je veux parler en anglais maitentant.
  13. Lord of the Flies. Amazing. Either that or... Lord of the Rings. See a trend? Weird eh? I love 'em both though...
  14. Ah my brothers hunted turkey before. Got a rack of feathers hanging in his room. I'm not as into hunting as he is, the biggest thing I got (hunting) was a pheasant. And I caught a big salmon once, I think it was 12 pounds, but that was years and years ago.
  15. Gah! I'll be the first to throw out inches and feet and all that crap! Hooray for the rest of the world! Shame on us American heathen barbarians... Wow, I'm being really weird... but I want to change to metric .
  16. Well a huge amount of my free time is spent composing music. Classical that is. Rather a strange hobby of mine. You can check out some of the completed pieces I've written at my website. http://ekennedy132.envy.nu/music.html I still have another 20 minutes worth of uncompleted stuff, so this is just a few things I have done. I also run cross country and track, and am plenty busy reading or drawing the rest of the time... oh and I go to school every so often..
  17. I used to be a terrible typer, but now I'm really good actually. I'm in a keying class in which I seem to be the best keyer by far (btw the class is required, I'd never take it otherwise). On the first day I keyed 100 words a minute for a test (I think it was a one minute test, not sure though). And I just typed all this without looking at the keys once.
  18. The main reason I get 'em is I don't wash my face enough and I run almost everyday, which definately makes my face sweaty. So all I really need to do is wash my face a lot and I'm (fortunately) zit free most of the time. I think there's hardly a corralation between sugar and zits for me.
  19. I guess when you think about it, 50,000 is a pretty big number. It would take a while to count there...
  20. What an awesome triangle. I stared at the second part until they all turnedto one color then started to turn to white, but then I got surprised and lost my focus... too bad, but whata great discovery
  21. When I was younger, as I when into creating things (I still am, but my creations were more varied back then). I made up my own language- only had 500 or so words though. I built legos ALL the time and even won some lego contests. Attempted to write my own fantasy story, and got a good 25 pages single spaced into it. I even tried writing some violin music, and writing music has become my biggest hobby right now. I had all kinds of interests- I remember I made a model of the ship "HMS Victory" (that was Nelson's flagship at Trafalgar) out of a styrofoam hull, spray painted. The masts were dowels and the rigging was strings. The ratlines were made with a special little tool I used to tie bunches and bunches of knots. I still have it, it's pretty cool. Oh yeah it has a cardboard deck and even little lifeboats too, and cannons made out of thin dowels.
  22. I have about 90 people (a bit over) on my AIM list, I think 5 or so on my MSN list.
