  1. Well as odd as this sounds, the last one I did was in a play script I wrote in which Christopher Columbus was the quarterback of a football team (don't ask) and the play is a "Santa Maria"... I get the feeling that won't help.
  2. Yup I run a LOT so I can eat tons of food (not a lot of fast food actually... once a fortnight ), and I'm definately not fat (b/c I'm not skinny either)... in fact, just this year one of those bodyweight calculators said I was overweight and I got all mad because I am in incredible shape... stupid calculator, I can run a mile in 4:56, and bench my bodyweight (well not anymore). Anyhow, it's really disgusting how many fat people there are in the US. Everywhere you go someone is like really overweight. But the US population certainly isn't one of self control, and that's showing in more than just food...
  3. Well for about 44 weeks a year I run all the stress right out of my system, but when I'm still in need of a good relaxation I usually (as weird as this sounds) stay up very late doing stuff. Such as composing music (I guess not many other people do that though) or listening to good CD's. Ah but running keeps me relaxed anyways.
  4. Oops forgot the story... here it is. So I was in Quebec and I saw a place called "Creperie" or something, and I like the "crepes" I've had in America, so I decided to stop in. What I got though was really just pancakes (in American terms) and I was surprised because I thought crepes were thin (all the ones I had in America were) and basically the Quebec crepe turned out to be a thick pancake. What's with that?
  5. Well just to prove Americans eat more than just hamburgers, here's what I've eaten: -Yesterday breakfast: Pancakes (* story below), sausage, orange juice -Yesterday lunch: I wasn't too hungy but I did have a turkey sandwhich -Yesterday dinner: Tacos and rice -Today breakfast: Waffles -Today lunch: Ham sandwhich on bagel (wheat bagel... mmm...) fruit, granola bar -Today dinner: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetables See? Two days and no hamburgers!
  6. I agree with your analogy. One of my favorite movies of all times is the original Star Wars Episode 4.
  7. Hey I like 'em both! I was looking at that site yesterday, looks pretty cool.
  8. You know, I was just thinking about my childhood (well I'm sorta still in it...) and I remembered this thought and recalled a similair thread on the boards, so I came to post it. When I was young, I wanted to be a bounty hunter. Dang Boba Fett from Star Wars with his cool costume and fancy gear drew me towards the profession. It wasn't for a while that I found out that a bounty hunter did more for a living than wear cool helmets and carry neat gadgets. Then I didn't wanna be one quite so much... Now I have a few ideas that are different: Management consulting, chemical engineer (and the "out-there" fantasy: rocket scientist)
  9. Well my town is nice. It's got an international horse racing track, a really good pizza joint, and well.. I guess that's all you really need in a town . Your descriptions have made me want to go to Europe. Ha, I should move there when I get older
  10. Ah Zezar, happy Bday man- you're a day older than me, you know that?
  11. Heh, thanks guys. Unfortunately, I was not able to go get do my driver's test today as my evening was taken up by a 3 and a half hour orchestra rehearsal... Wow, what a waste... but oh well. Thanks everyone!
  12. Eh that last one's not really that funny... Just my taste though...
  13. I don't get it AT ALL... maybe you shoudl explain the gist of the uncensored lines... none of us know either of these kids...
  14. Ahh my bdays in like 4 days. 16 so clear the roads (americans)!
  15. Dude the ultimate concoction for clearing out those intestines is a deviled egg, fig and refried bean smoothie all mixed in a blender. Sorry, just had to say that. I eat eggs all the time although sometimes my stomach can't handle them plain. I eat them scrambled mostly only alone at easter time for the most part.
  16. Ever heard of "Las Vegas"? YOu could be married in 24 hours if you were drunk enough and had a plane ticket to the state of Nevada.
  17. Going to church, going on a distance bike ride (like 20 or 30 miles), doing some homework, writing some music too maybe, or any other projects I feel like. Maybe friends too, although I just got back from going out with friends... heh maybe see "Mean Girls"...
  18. I will be a rebel and vote for Soggy Frog "just cuz' he's so darn cool!!1"
  19. Akya are you finished with your book or in the middle or what? I"m interested now .
  20. Code, I also liked Pontius Pilate in the movie- it makes you think, he was only a man who desired to do the right thing. If someone desires to do good, the opportunity won't be taken away from them. BTW I wasn't a huge fan of teh score- what do you guys think of it who saw it?
  21. Going to church, then brunch with a family that's friends of my family. Then finishing up last minute homework.
