  1. The game is very inconsistent at the moment. People are worried about turtilling. Something that's rarely seen. Not to mention capturing and then erasing buildings.

  4. There's an idea for a "CC Fortress"(late game) version, which would be an upgrade. There's something like that in AoM.

  6. It's a good idea, they were supposed to tire quickly, couldn't fight for long, and were slow for cavalry.
  7. 0.5 pop can be used to favor more infantry units. But we would do that in the second phase or late 1. The ideal would be to introduce technologies in the first phase, so the development is more noticeable. That in the first phase 1 cap pop is used and then 0.5. Obviously, this favors CS infantry units. It's one of the ways infantry is favored in this game. The other thing is to tell people that the stirrup did not yet exist. At least in the West/Near East/Africa.

  10. The chariot is another unit that I don't know how to use. There should be one for melee and one for shooting(range).

  17. It's not that difficult. I found a practical way to win easily. Regardless of your skill. You need to create an economic boom. Invest in villagers (in the new development versions, they're now both male and female)Invest in archers or skimishers, spam this unit, then invest in ranged cavalry, either cavalry skimishers or horse archers. Finally, good champion cavalry. Rams but this is even optional. Another requirement is to play small maps. I mean medium to small. Here is an example.
