A single ram can destroy an entire city. Swords? swords are expensive for both cavalry and infantry. If swords are the solution why do all civs have rams but no swords?

That young man had just arrived at the forum, if you look closely there are older profiles whose authors are very old and they were also recurrent. In art you see that there was a greater variety of people and now it is a dead place.
