It is true, but not entirely. You can replace the battery, but it requires that you take the ipod apart yourself and buy a new one from a 3rd party company (for ~$30)

I just finished finals today. I assume I did fairly well, nothing seemed very hard other than art (odd that a slacker class has the hardest final). My advice: don't worry up a storm, you'll do fine. And if you fail miserably this time, there's always next semester's finals!
My school is taking some Latin students, some AP history students, and me to Italy for two weeks in July. After I get home, I imagine I'll do nothing else until school starts (other than sleep and work on 0ad, of course).
