I love PI day! I almost forgot all about it, thank you for remembering me. I remember in school last year we had fresh baked pies that the consumer ed teacher made for our math class. Ahhh it was fun!

It is to find the meaning of what the author is trying to display to you the reader. You have to 'interpret' all of the text that he says and find what the message is behing it. Take "To Kill a Mockingbird": what is the point of the story or meaning? It could be racism between Bob and the community, or friendship between Scout and Jem, or family matters with Atticus and Scout.

Me too. I write everything that is on the projection screen and anything on the boards. In addition if they are jsut talking then when they repeat something twice or give a 'umph' to it I will write it down. Also whe nthey say 'this is very very important, it will be on the test' is a good sign to write it. (read that but use an Indian accent, then you got my biology teacher)

I also have that problem sometimes too. It seems I always do my science right when it is assigned, and other things like long tern english I wait until the last day. If it interests me, then I will probally get it done early.
