Doing it in black is not enough. You need work over this principles. http://www.creativebloq.com/logo-design/get-started-7112864 01. Learn logo 101 Effective logo designs: I Love NY, Apple, London Underground, CBS, WWF, Woolmark An effective logo is distinctive, appropriate, practical, graphic, simple in form and conveys an intended message. In its simplest form, a logo is there to identify but to do this effectively it must follow the basic principles of logo design: A logo must be simple A simple logo design allows for easy recognition and allows the logo to be versatile and memorable. Effective logos feature something unexpected or unique without being overdrawn. A logo must be memorable Following closely behind the principle of simplicity is that of memorability. An effective logo design should be memorable and this is achieved by having a simple yet appropriate logo. A logo must be enduring An effective logo should endure the test of time. The logo should be 'future proof', meaning that it should still be effective in 10, 20, 50+ years time. A logo must be versatile An effective logo should be able to work across a variety of mediums and applications. A logo must be appropriate How you position the logo should be appropriate for its intended purpose. For a more detailed explanation see What makes a good logo? ############## 03. Ask the right questions A common pitfall before starting a new branding project is to fail to ask the right questions, which includes research on your behalf too. Before you begin your development, get as much information as you can from the client about their business, goals, target market, etc. If possible, try their service or product, visit their store really get to know them and their requirements. Some important questions you should ask your client before beginning: How much do you plan to dedicate to this project? Do you have a fixed deadline or timeline in mind for the project? What are your goals and why? What product or service does your business/project offer? Who is your target audience and who is your most ideal customer? Who are your competitors and how do you differ from them? Ok actually you create a Sun. That why a logo need a lot of work. Because the costumer need to know what you are representing with the logo. You doit a table but if you and me don't know that can be a sun.

Methodology of Graphic Desing. By : http://justcreative.com/2008/05/22/why-logo-design-does-not-cost-5-dollars Design is a pjrocess. And it's not cheap.

Uh? What is it? A table with chairs? But what mean?Logo design process Designing a good logo may require involvement from the marketing team[in this case doing a brainstorming] and the design agency[me or other artists] (if the process is outsourced), or graphic design contest platform (if it crowdsourced). It requires a clear idea about the concept and values of the brand as well as understanding of the consumer or target group. Broad steps in the logo design process might be formulating the concept, doing an initial design, finalizing the logo concept, deciding the theme colours and format involved. We need solve whst is the modding council? What they do? What they want? ... Are simple question to know where are the objectives , where is the vision of project and where is the mission of the project?

I like this one. You ear about Naval siege tower? This I'm not sure is accurate with that tower over. But can be nice for upgrade now Persian ca n have a semi siege tower Ram. This one is one most missed in a RTS, like a Crossbow. The Gastraphetes. The gastraphetes (from Ancient Greek γαστραφέτης, English translation: "belly-releaser") was a hand-held crossbow used by the Ancient Greeks.[1] It was described in the 1st century AD by the Greek author Heron of Alexandria in his work Belopoeica, which draws on an earlier account of the famous Greek engineer Ctesibius (fl. 285222 BC). Heron identifies the gastraphetes as the forerunner of the later catapult, which places its invention some unknown time prior to c. 420 BC.[2] Unlike later Roman and medieval crossbows, spanning the weapon was not done by pulling up the string, but by pushing down an elaborate slider mechanism. A fairly detailed description and drawing of the gastraphetes appears in Heron's Belopoeica (Ancient Greek Βελοποιικά, English translation: On arrow-making), drawn from the account by the 3rd-century BC engineer Ctesibius. The weapon was powered by a composite bow. It was cocked by resting the stomach in a concavity at the rear of the stock and pressing down with all strength. In this way considerably more energy can be summoned up than by using only one arm of the archer as in the hand-bow. There are no attestations through pictures or archaeological finds, but the description by Heron is detailed enough to have allowed modern reconstructions to be made. According to some authors, the dimensions of the gastraphetes may have involved some kind of prop.[3] A larger version of the gastraphetes were the oxybeles, which were used in siege warfare. These were later supplanted by the early ballistae that later also developed into smaller versions supplanting also the gastraphetes. Can be a bolt shooter with fire but faster movement like a skirmisher. And finally the Archimides Steam cannon. A steam cannon is a cannon that launches a projectile using only heat and water. The first steam cannon was designed by Archimedes during the Siege of Syracuse. Leonardo da Vinci was also known to have designed one (the Architonnerre). The device would consist of a large metal tube, preferably copper due to its high thermal conductivity, which would be placed in a furnace. One end of the tube would be capped and the other loaded with a projectile. Once the tube reached a high enough temperature, a small amount of water would be injected in behind the projectile. In theory, Leonardo da Vinci believed, the water would rapidly expand into vapour, blasting the projectile out the front of the barrel.
