    What are you talking about? doesn't sound like any older alpha, Eastern mod? sounds like DE Mod, please post it under subforum related to that, because I haven't idea what are you referring.

    Very difficult to create such thing. many civilization are lost. and is very limited in gameplay.

    They arena separate by religion in this timeframe you got many Christian faction and Nordic religion. there aren't Islam culture yet, like those Caliphates.
