  1. New LocalRatings version! I have been working hard on the new release, and I'm happy to announce it is ready for download! It comes in two versions: v0.26.2 and v0.27.1, one for Alpha26 and the other for Alpha27, respectively. The two versions are the same in terms of features.   4. I think we should really focus on changes that will actually change gameplay/create different build orders. Right now most civs play basically the same (i.e., most civs are boom to p3 then spam the strongest units for that civ). Also, the most interesting bonuses right now are ones that actually cause you to play a civ differently (Sparta spear bonus makes players make more melee, Iber skirm bonus causes players to make more skirm instead of other units, Athens phasing bonus causes players to phase at different times, etc.). Doing something like introducing p2 siege or creating free siege, will actually cause players to change when they phase and what they do in those phases (i.e., staying in p2 longer and doing push with bolts or phasing to p3 faster to do quick siege push). Giving something like a metal trickle won't really change how someone decides to play a civ--it just makes using that civ slightly easier. The army choice option is fine, but I don't think it will change much in terms of play because it's just pre-determining what type of units will be made (and, at least right now, no one will choose an all melee inf army).

  5. New version coming up! Changes: Banned canopies, so that trees cannot hide buildings or units. Changed all berry and apple tree to pink so that you cannot possibly miss them. Cleaned up unplayable biomes like India and Nubia. Huge changes to trees appearances. Made bushes identical to trees so that no more annoying bushes in India New Temperate: New Nubia: New India: It will lag less because each tree has 2 or 3 less components to render, making India a playable biome @nani This is still based on your autociv. I know this looks ghastly but it is worth it for the visibility improvement! Next step: remove details on the ground, e.g. grass, small bushes, stones and colour the entire floor to the same colour within each biome.

  6. Yes, that is a problem cause by my nub blender skills. I just dragged the chicken model to enlarge them and this is what I got The purpose is to make them more visible and easy to click on

  7. I think that in some civilizations, women's appearance is not modest. I would be happy if their appearance in the game would be changed to a more modest appearance. If you don't intend to do it with everyone, is it possible to at least have such an option?
