  2. Also the win build uses it since alpha17. Linux still defaults to sdl1 due to some bugs, but I compile anyway with sdl2. More info here: http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/BuildInstructions Edit: sdl2 bugs are here: http://trac.wildfiregames.com/query?status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&description=~sdl2&or&status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&summary=~sdl2&col=id&col=summary&col=status&col=type&col=priority&col=milestone&col=component&order=priority

  3. The brick texture looks a bit chunky to me like it was made out of very low polys maybe make it more smooth. It looks nice from your screenshots too. The windows still have neat trails, like you drew them with a pencil, maybe blur them a little bit. Also, I'd suggest you use the new barrels textures I made some time ago.

  4. lol I lied, made another house need to put some playercolor strips on it though changed the texture file too, its all filled in, but use it at your own risk, it's still subject to change, and scrapping altogether. And please give me some feedback on these textures, guys. If anything looks weird or out of place, or you think the color should be different, let me know. Like I said I don't do this very often, and I painted most of these by hand. I've been staring at them long enough now, that what may seem like an obvious flaw is invisible to me. If any other team artists or councilors want to take a shot with them, be my guest, but let me know if there are any problems or anything you think is missing. Like Enrique said, these are going to take a bit of troubleshooting before it becomes a mature pack. Edit: Playercolor strip is on now

  5. Hey all, First of all I've been playing this game for a week now and I think it's awesome, keep up the good work all! My question is related to farms, when I attack the 5 villagers that are farming on a farm my soldiers usually end up killing 2 or 3 and then they resort to attacking the farm. Wasting a lot of time with doing nothing basically. Is there a way to prevent my soldiers from attacking the farm (other than manually ordering)? Or perhaps farms could be scripted to be considered neutral and thus not prioritised to attack? I hope you guys understand my question! Regards, Razendsnel

  7. Been a little cocky on that one Lordgood. Went from 255 frames to 199. Improved drawing, arrow drop, arrow pickup, and a little bit feet movement.

  10. Can't say a blog post is the most reliable source though, especially since I wrote that post like two years ago. Here's a better reference: http://www.salimbeti.com/micenei/shields1.htm
