Help with Atlas Map Editor

Recommended Posts

You need to alt + click on objects. If that doesn't work try making a selection with alt pressed.

No effect for me.

If I do this, the cursor drags the screen.

It's Linux Mint 18.04 with XFCE desktop

Do you have any special shortcuts with the desktop manager ?

The system already comes with some shortcuts involving ALT, but some of the game shortcuts with ALT work: for example, ALT+G to hide the UI... Who knows haha...

But thank you very much!

That reminds me, I also have an issue with Atlas, albeit a different one: it uses only a quarter of the available space:91643280_Screenshotfrom2019-02-0718-36-43.thumb.png.4dbac4590f395cb392404243f31f5d0b.png

which is quite annoying. Any suggestions on how to solve it? I don't recall having this problem in A22.

Could you try to run pyrogenesis with flags:

GDK_SCALE=1 GDK_DPI_SCALE=1 pyrogenesis -editor

Thanks, that seems to solve the problem, though there is now too limited space on the panel to the left:

That left panel thing has been an issue for a long time now. I have to manually resize it every time.

The issue has been fixed in SVN (A24 is going to be released without the issue). Now Atlas saves the sidebar layout  between sessions.
