[Translation] Weird building names

So these past days I am on to help both finish and polish the Bulgarian localization, for the most part it's pretty self explanatory. Therefore, I need some clarification on a less common language that is some of buildings names display; sounds egyptian-ish to me really.

...following are the few lines I struggle to understand pronouncement:

Noted @Sundiata Massive historical insight. Kudos to you!

I very well thought the same about leaving them as it is, @GunChleoc, before I compared to Russian where

"pr-ms’yw"
was done like
"пер-месаиу"
 
Not to break the feel, I will put them the way they are until someone figures a proper form.

pr-ms’yw - это скорее всего и есть "пэр-мэсаиу", если исходить из книжки Ботанцова. Й русская - это Y из транскрибции, она же - два камыша. Надо видеть иероглифы, чтобы понять, что там, ведь они так же используют Y для "и".
