JuKu96
Hi, It will be an nice feature, if you can choose your port number in mutiplayer lobby itself. Background is that telekom in Germany blocks some TCP & UPD ports and so it is possible, that some players cannot host some games with their router (if UDP port 20595 is blocked). If you can choose the port yourself, you can prevent this issue.

Lion.Kanzen
I have a question, which ports are possible to be open?
Loki1950
There are hundreds of possible ports Lion each number range has a specific purpose web access, file transfer, games so your question needs to be a bit more specific as in for what purpose, local network/internet and what type of security and quite a few more descriptors. There should be a Wikipedia article available in Spanish as well Enjoy the Choice
Lion.Kanzen
Yeah, that I'm thinking but recommended ? Even in English can be nice because I'm very ignorant about online configurations.
Lion.Kanzen
And this week it was complicated by time, and I have questions made by other Spanish people, I found videos about how open the ports... but the last version have that huge option. GunChleoc
Just use a port with a high number that doesn't have a default function assigned to it (e.g. 80 would be bad, because that's HTTP for transmitting websites).
elexis
On windows, valid ports are 1 to 65535 (= 2^16). On linux you need root access to host on ports < 1024. If not able to configure the router to forward UDP 20595, forwarding any other number is just as impossible, unless you find a port that is already exposed by default (which can be the case for tcp port 80 sometimes, too bad we don't use tcp though).
