UPDATE: Considering that the 0AD developers already have many ideas and they only want a limited number of factions per game, I will not create the design documents for some new factions.

You need wait for p2 we can have expansion and DLC content, so keep in mind that ideas.

For now we need bring more use and proposes that the game an better or best to bring more users.

Try to play some RTS to think how can improve the game keeping in mind optimization and micromanagement limits.

Pre-Columbian Romans are a group of Romans that theoretically went to America. True, these Romans were not in the same geographical area as the Empire Romans, but this could lead to a another 0AD game that takes place in the Western hemisphere - Romans vs Native Americans.

Yeah, that is true.

I think is a good idea but for a mod, like AoE3's asian dinasies campaign.

To have a mod that mixes ancient romans and carthaginians with ancient mayans and olmecs (not aztecs they were postclassical).

And create a campagin about it.

But again, for a mod, not vanilla. Vanilla is 99% historic.

Adding in Mesoamerican nations, realize, would be extremely out of place compared to the addition of more European cultures such as the Etruscans, Syracusans, Celt-Iberians, Illyrians, Epirots, and various Germanic Tribes merely to name a few. I am not trying to say that having a Mesoamerican culture is bad, but it would be a lot of work for a nation when there are more relevant cultures.
