Enrique
Awesome, m8. One more request, if you would entertain it. I think it would be cool to have the pillar standing atop a "box" of flowers and garlands. Something to fill out a small footprint.Done and commited. Check it out. Enrique
You should add some lighting to your previews Stan. (other than the ambient HDR? lighting) Very nice decorations. I like them a lot. Feel free to ornate the structure even more and use more white plaster and gold stuff around. Make it pretty and wonderish. Stan`
Thanks. Yeah there is something fishy with the lightning, I'll fix that.
Stan`
What do you guys think ? @LordGood @Enrique
LordGood
I don't think the plaster should extend to the walkway, and that it could benefit from more patterning, not necessarily in gold, but maybe in carved plaster
Stan`
Strangely all the image above seems to have only one clean band.

Enrique
Try to use plaster in the other portions of the walls too and like LordGood say, use stripes of the current texture at the base of the dome for example. The top thing could use gold texture too. It's a wonder, so let's ornate it accordingly.
Stan`
Added more details to the the bump and some gold circles. Also add back the bottom line  @Enrique Okay I'll look if I can put some plaster elsewhere.  Edited December 14, 2016 by stanislas69
Enrique
I don't think the plaster should start so high up in the dome, just a few lines of bricks or the dark brown relief strip so it doesn't ends so abruptly in the base. You should aim to make it as epic and visually pleasing as possible.

LordGood
I think that model texture is good to go, though I wonder if a custom ground decal would help, like a brick walk around  and out the gates. That'd be a pain in the butt though, not really necessary.
Stan`
@LordGood would raising the model a little bit up do ? It ooes have ground
LordGood
I still feel like the division between the structure and the terrain is a bit too sharp, this is also a pain, but drop propping some kind of foliage around the outer wall would help blur that line. The raised model does help too though.
