  1. No, not the person who did the patch. I'm talking about the programmer who did most of the .js code for the original Hyrule Conquest mod.
  2. By the way, your download isn't recording how many people have downloaded it.
  3. What if you add the ability to snap walls to a fortress' towers? Then fortresses would be more realistic, more useful to build, and take up less space.
  4. That patch is really old, and has been abandoned for a while now. I'll probably talk to the programmer who added it into A26 for TUN. Unless he (or somebody here) want's to update the A26 code, then I'll probably have him recode it, since it relies on a lot of other features I don't want (yet).
  5. It should be. After all, did the ancients really do things as efficiently as possible? We are thousands of years more advanced, and we still don't do things as efficiently as we could. We know how to be efficient, we just choose not to. Besides, real merchants would travel from one market to the next, then on to another one, not just back and forth between two markets.
  6. Hey, if anyone wants to help, contribute an idea, report an error, or just chat about the game, check out the Discord I just set up: https://discord.gg/zzrTtXaxW
  7. Yeah, it does, thank you for the tip! Actually, it turned out I just had to apply the rotation while it was in the standing up position.
  8. Oh well. I might just pinch some of his code and make my own campaign.
  9. This South Parka episode sums it up pretty well (I couldn’t find the actual episode, so here is someone talking about it): https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bbu-1fSB__o
  10. They plan to take over the world. First, they will simply post adds. Then, they will begin to take on a human form. Before long, half of the world’s population will have been replaced with bots and adds. Eventually, they will be finding OUR posts and pointing them out to other bots…
  11. Here is a link to his profile. Try sending him a PM. He’s the 0ad project leader. https://wildfiregames.com/forum/profile/12287-stan/
  12. Hey, Sci-Guy42, if you still care, can you update this campaign for A27? A25 is pretty outdated.
  13. *removed quoted ad here* Man, this is the fourth bot I’ve found. How many are there?!
  14. That sounds like a good idea. You should talk to Stan about adding that to the game.
  15. No, I just selected the mesh and armature, rotated it, and then exported it.
  16. Hey, so I fixed that error, but now I have a new problem: all of my new unit models are lying on their backs, half in, half out of the ground. Why? I tried rotating them, but it didn’t change anything. What did I do wrong?
  17. That would be a massive mod to make, but it would be do able. You’d have to completely rebalance the game, since most of it revolves around balancing economy and military.
  18. That sounds interesting, but why stop there? Historically, each minister would be in charge of a different part of ruling the empire, so each could have different statistics, similar to heroes, but not any specific person from history.
  19. NNNNOOOOO!!!!!!! Another brave soldier has fallen in battle, the brave war we wage for freedom, historical accuracy, and fun. Farewell, brave Decide4u, we will honor your memory.
  20. Hey everyone, I wan't to add stealth to my Hyrule Conquest: Revival mod, but I have no idea where to start. I wan't to make it so that when a specific unit is standing still (idle), they can not be seen by enemy units. The other option is to make a unit only visible within a very small distance (which maybe could be changed by the surrounding terrain). Any suggestions on how to do this or who to talk to about this?
  21. Here is a sneak-peek at what I am currently working on: the Kokiri. Basically, for those of you who don't know Zelda, the Kokiri are a group of children who fled into the forest to escape the wars raging across the land. There, they became under the protection of the Great Deku Tree, which is a giant, sentient tree with magical powers. Under his power, they never grow old, remaining eternally care-free and happy. However, if they were to leave the forest, and so also leave the Great Deku Tree's sphere of influence, they would begin to age once again. At the moment I only have a few units, their houses, and their civic center done, so no release yet, but check out these picks:
