This is top-level irony (or how do you say it ) IMO airplanes in RTS games are something weird, they can't hoover on one place, which is pretty strange when you have to control them in-game. And if you want to make it a bit real (in this case I mean speed) then it should go so fast that it would be at the other size of the map in no time. Helies fit much better with a RTS than an airplane IMO.

They do, well I think it mostly depends on what they are going to do though. But they can wear guns, but they hardly use them. Because if they do, the criminal will probably sue them and try to win it.
