I never really got into the campaigns. I mainly just did multiplayer and RM's. But in other games, I always do the campaigns first (i.e. Halo, Call of Duty). The campaigns in the RTS games seem to get me boared. I don't know, maybe it is just me.

My room is small, atleast I think it is. There is enough room for a desk and a bed, and a dresser. We have a 5 bedroom house, and here all of the bedrooms are about the same. It is probally a little over 500,000 for a 5 bedroom out here.

The forum could just be a general chat forum. Therefore traffic on site = traffic -> into shop. Or maybe a forum is not necessary, and only adds to much to a website?

Mine is 11*11 feet so 121 sq feet. Or about 36 sq m. If you are counting volume, then mine is 968 sq feet. Or about 295 sq m.

For the location part, you could use MapQuest to link to a map. Then the customers can input their location, and it will show the distance. You could have fun little things at the top, such as "Quote of the Day" where it could show a new quote everyday. I have seen it on other websites and it uses and On_event code I think. Another idea, you could have a webcam hooked up so it either faces outside to a nice view or maybe inside. Then you can have the webcam automatically take a picture every x amount of minutes, seconds, days. Then there is a tool that allows you to have it uploaded and posted on a website.
