Starting and ending age setting ( phase)

In phase 1 all soldiers would be militia, they aren't citizen soldiers yet, village solder may be ( militia) their attack is very low. The scout cavalry the same. 1.5 they reach more skill and better equipement so the first military tech can be citizen soldier.

In AOEseries ( AOE - AOM ) you can't build fans until create granary ( farmstead in 0AD) and the hunt and free food is primordial berry bushes , Wild huntables and domestic animal are great source of food.

The phase passing is quickly.( very) from village to middle phase... the citizen soldiers is the problem and the resources are very near of CC, we noticed this with @wowgetoffyourcellphone.
