The voice acting... Not all programmers are sound specialists. When I've tried to introduce variety, I've seen that you can't add sounds, everything is like a kind of random playlist.

I think just the market, it could be easy to burn in the second phase. and the Workshop in the last phase.
-
we would have to change that.
-
It is intended more for civil structures such as those in Phase 1. Buildings that burn fast. ( Houses, warehouse , corrals, fields and farmstead). In theory the CC has an upgrade in the original game design. The upgrade is that the CC is fortified.
-
Why?
-
player should try to repair buildings at 75% damage. (same with siege engines). But it shouldn't be implemented for now with ships. The second thing to discuss is the status effect regarding the interface (GUI session). The second part would be armor against fire damage. Walls and forts would have that protection by default.

I think we are not ready yet in optimization. @Stan`

—Inspiration by more recent games.– AoE IV mechanic. Quoting: New to Age of Empires 4 is a fire mechanic for buildings. Once a building drops below 25% hitpoints — no matter the type of damage that reduces it that low — it catches fire. A flame emblem appears above it to signify that it's ablaze. At this point, you as an attacker can move on to another building. Left unrepaired by a Villager, a building that is on fire will eventually burn down to nothing. You can certainly destroy each building completely, but it's not entirely necessary. If you're playing as the Mongols, know that setting buildings on fire grants you free resources. Happy raiding! And if you're playing against the Mongols (or just want extra protection) there are technologies available that add fire armor. —— we have a fire mechanic. It would be interesting to continue with that. By the way I don't like how easily they burn.

Extra units references

we could create a list with Macedonia since, it is the faction, that already have a campaign in development. Egypt too. Even large if we take "old Egypt" (New Kingdom) under Persian rule. -
Extra units references

@wackyserious Sometimes people ask for certain units like roman archers auxilia (Cretans). Or roman slingers. These units are either for mods or for campaigns. -
the AI destroys its own buildings. This happens when you start losing them when territory is captured. I don't like that mechanic like that. It doesn't look immersive.
-
it is true sometimes forgot that people do not play fair.
-
You have given me another idea. In multiplayer mode team vs team, add a mode where you don't know who you're playing with at the beginning of the game.
-
avoid being targeted ...because reputation?

I have always liked that determined spirit. That's what it is to be a volunteer.

This will always be the case. Many of my ideas require someone to write code and half an art department

That's why I suggest a token ID. I have participated in the most toxic Spanish-speaking forums. In several are anonymous in others with user. When there is harassment what I did was to make multi-accounts. I even once pretended to be Brony. The cyberbullying is wrong but it is more an issue of society, than control. As there is harassment, the culture of cancellation and deplorable behaviors. The best thing is to try to be anonymous. And facilitate those tools instead of starting to censor everything. If not see the cases of Xbox and AOE censorship. They couldn't even play anymore.

Personally I understand you, I myself made more than one account on the forum. Other times I do Ostrasism to avoid debates, controversies and to lower the discomfort.

Do you think it can be handled externally for review? In an archive so that it is available to users.

Preferred Approach to Garrisoning Towers and Fortresses?
Lion.Kanzen replied to Thales's topic in Gameplay Discussion
There are already presedents in Empire Earth 2 of outpost giving alarm at the sight of enemies. In AoE IV it is the scouts using whistles. Those who give the alert. I don't know if an upgrade is adequate. -
