We can definitely use that head.

Since it's print screen tweaked in paint, it's not really square at the beginning. But thanks I didn't know that.

They need to be clearly identifiable when at small icon sizes - Neither of the icons proposed here are suitable for this reason. The composition is also incorrect.
Composition ?? Also not sure the old one was clearly identifiable.

Thanks A lot lion.
To adapt this in gimp :
In the actor viewer click on the ground icon, that will fill the background with black this is particulary useful when having white units ie : this
You don't have the inner and outer glow. So I suggest you use the gaussian blur.
Use the magic wand to select the black and do as Lion told you create a new layer with the colored wolf while the bottom layer has a white wolf.
Then select the bottom layer gaussian blur 20 and you 'll have a white overlay. (Repeat it till it's thick enough)
You can now colour it to look like the yellow in this picture.
And done

As rada says we could fork it make it compatible but keep the experience for other players by keeping that original

Hence I wondered if someone else has the branch on a server which I would be able to checkout.
Edit: I see I can check it out on my laptop at school (unfortunately that doesn't apply to my desktop on which I have 0 A.D. normally running)
The merge candidate should be tested:
git fetch origin then git checkout merge20140902 then git pull
You need to clone it first though.

It could be asked on the next meeting though

So which helmet is accurate ?
Actually I need to know what I should model to fit the time frame ie I want a picture with the guy armor, the horse armor, and the helmet.
-
I have seen that before. I think it's a material issue.
EDIT : First Possible cause : material used is basic spec but there is no spec specified.

@Niektb, Everything should be fixed now. Thanks at Thamlett for reporting the CC bug. For all mappers, when putting models near the black round of the map, make sure you don't place one in the dark, if you do, the influence area will remain, and you'll have to manually edit the file to find the hidden building.
