While that is true, there is also the case where I can keep my resources flowing in by means of some traderoute in the background while I am using my entire army to attack. No need to keep citizens for wood chopping or the like. -

That would be nice. Or throwing rocks, so we could allow melee units onto walls and give them a short-range rock throwing animation. -

What are the best (and worst) Skirmish maps for multiplayer? I understand random maps are the most popular, but I'm interested on how to make the skirmish maps better for just single player.
