Whenever I want to create a Defect- or Enhancement-Issue on Gitea, I'm told the following: That is counterfactual: I am not able to change any of the values in the right sidebar (see attached screenshot). I don't feel the need to get this power, but it confuses my from time to time. Is it the aim, that bug reporter shall change the values themselves (like back in the old days on trac) or is this an artifact, that should be removed, if time permits? Disclaimer: I didn't file a bug in 0ad/0ad because it doesn't refer to the game itself nor the forums and the website. I did not file one at Giteas own bug tracker, because I don't know the specifications of this instance.

Four days later, this pull request was accepted. Therefore Release 28 should be available via win64-Setup file—when it's released. In the meantime: We now have weekly generated test bundles (Mock Release Bundles) of the current stage of development (see the announcement). Currently there is a crash problem, but you may test it next week with the new generation of the build.
