DarkAngelBGE
What does it stand for? As fast as possible? I think I have heard it in some military film the first time. Always wondered where andh ow it developed.Anyone?
King Tutankhamun
I believe it means 'As Soon As Possible'.Might have started from a military area, many times I hear "we're taking heavy fire, bring in those renforcements A-Sap". Where they make it almost like a word itself, A-Sap, instead of a four syllable asap.As for who and where, I do not know. But I will look around. ElfTheHunter
It does indeed mean As Soon As Possible, but I've ever always said as A-S-A-P... not A-Sap, never heard that.
Sam
Yeah, I have said A-S-A-P always too.

av_nefardec
I've heard it both ways - btw, we call that an acronym, not a string though
Black Op
I only remember hearing A-Sap in a Gulf War mod for Battlefield 1942 (called Desert Combat). I always hear others call it A-S-A-P.
chichigrande
IT does stand for As Soon As Possible. I've always said it asap and not A.S.A.P.
