Instead of throwing something at someone as hard as you can, you run as fast as you can, daring your opponent to keep up and go through as much pain as you do. I prefer to view it as a fighting style, I'm not in it for the sport, I want to learn how to defend myself and see just what I'm capable of. Great fun!
