I agree. Similar to the hero star highlighting slightly when hovering over the hero. I think the Target Highlight could be 50% as strong as the Target Flash. Maybe it's more like when structure previews turn red and is then easier? lmao I have no idea what I'm talking about. Either way, Target Highlight and Target Flash are super desirable from quality of life and completion standpoints.
