badosu
Trying to play SVN with @ValihrAnt on https://github.com/0ad/0ad/commit/e1a3a302f165ff0bd4a869f46c2badbf23e22dc8 Got OOS for some reason, I'm pretty confident I got only that revision, cloned fresh repo on that revision made fresh build. Didn't compile Atlas with `--without-editor` oos_dump.txt: https://gist.github.com/badosu/22aa26d791912451aa44f17e7a9483a8
wraitii
@ValihrAnt Would you be able to provide your own los dump? On its own, a single file isn't very helpful. @badosu Can you post the replay also?

wraitii
Thanks for the complete report It seems you were not actually playing on the same revision, because I'm seeing different serialized data as if one of you was playing without rP24429. I think what might have happened is that one was using the GitHub mirror and the other SVN? The GitHub mirror is unfortunately only update every morning, so it sometimes lacks some commits.
ValihrAnt
Quote I think what might have happened is that one was using the GitHub mirror and the other SVN? Yeah, that's the case. I was on SVN and badosu through GitHub. Thanks for your time, we'll know to check for that in the future
badosu
I don't understand, I confirmed with @ValihrAntwhich ref we were using beforehand. Unless on SVN there is a chance to have files not updated using the same ref Using Github or SVN should not interfere if the tree is the same for the same revision
Stan`
The rev can be the same, but if he didn't rebuild, or got a more recent autobuild, then it won't work. (The Github version doesn't have the autobuilt pyrogenesis.exe)

Anyways, yes, it's something to watch for until we find a better way.
