Riley S
One of the benefits of the Romans was always the ability to train women from houses without upgrading the house. But since R28, civilians are both male and female, and you can no longer train them from houses. The civilization overview still says it can be done, but no can do for me. Am I doing something wrong here? Edited March 4 by Riley S Clarity adjustment
guerringuerrin
Hi @Riley S. You are doing nothing wrong. I believe this is a bug from R28. You can check it out here: https://gitea.wildfiregames.com/0ad/0ad/issues/8735
Riley S
Thanks for the reply. I expect we’ll be waiting a while for a bugfix, no?

Normally there is no official patches/bugfixes between releases. Last version we had the community-mod which is sort of an "official mod" that was intended to fix this kind of bugs and also balancing issues. I don't know if we will have community-mod for this release. All these stuff depends on very few members of the community and sometimes it can't be hard to do the work. Keep in touch in the forum and there might be some news about these in the next months
DesertRose
Whut? There will be no hotfixes?!?!? Unacceptable!!!!! Here's the fix for this:
Dakara
Too bad about this bug. It was fun, but it's only better with females; the bug is justified to prevent the spread of repugnant ideologies. troll

Beginning with the Alpha 27 series (code name Agni) we had a first Alpha 27 Agni - Patch Release 1 (a27.1.) There are signs we'll see a Release 28 Boiorix - Patch Release 1 (v0.28.1) in a few weeks.

Stan`
1 hour ago, Arup said: what are these signs? xD The bug tracker has patches marked as backports. However we can only make a release that's compatible with R28. That means no simulation changes. Only translations and bugfixes not touching the simulation
