Depending on the timeline that was chosen for the mod you could have Irish pirates (Scotti, Attacotti) but they only appear in fourth century.

I think it's better to use wooden shield boss (there is basically no finds of metal boss from Ireland).

Advanced and elite skins could have tunics; i dont think leather strap is accurate.

Not in a satisfactory way yet, and I personally don't support everyone having them—not as a siege unit; they serve more as a substitute for the lack of better siege equipment.

They were used alongside more complex siege engines.

Maybe could be an option available at phase 2.

I think at least more civs without siege towers or catapults could have them.

I think this is the correct approach. The game doesn't give everyone everything they actually used, but a limited set consisting of the most representative units for a given civ. A large roster only implies most units will be constantly ignored, while those included have to be just sufficient to somewhat reproduce the most known tactics used by said civ.

Buenos días o tardes:

-Siguiendo sus consejos  @Ultimate Aurelian quité las correas de cuero de las unidades y las sustituí por tela trenzada o de esparto.También cambié el metal de los escudos y ahora el umbro es de madera. Quité las amazonas y los tatuajes.Añadí túnicas y quite tanto al alabardero como al arquero. Y para el modelo de perro usé el lebrel (Wolfhound).

-Siguiendo los consejos de @Lopess incluí mas pelirrojos jajaja.

-Siguiendo los consejos de @Thalatta cambié algunos nombres.

-Aún insisto (Temporalmente)en dejar a la unidad de infantería pesada con un garrote de madera hasta tener toda certeza o de que no la usaban o de que sí.
